Compensation:

$18,500–$21,000 USD annual base salary + uncapped performance-based commission.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Generation Specialist with a strong background in enterprise, B2B, or high-ticket sales. The successful candidate will manage the sales process from prospecting through closing and help drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

• Build relationships with qualified prospects

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Conduct consultative sales conversations

• Negotiate and close qualified opportunities

• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline

Requirements:

• 3+ years of enterprise, B2B, or high-ticket sales experience

• Proven track record of full-cycle sales

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time business hours

• Comfortable working remotely
